WIN & RUle THE WORLD – Official Participation Rules
Standards of excellence for a world-class championship.
To preserve the high level, elegance, and fairness of our international event, all dancers, coaches, and studios are asked to follow the rules below. These guidelines ensure a refined, safe, and exceptional experience for every participant on the championship floor.
Registration & Eligibility
All participants must complete the official online registration.
Entries are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Dancers must register in the correct category and age division.
Age groups are determined by the dancer’s age on the first day of the event.
A valid government document may be requested at check-in to verify age.
Appearance & Costuming
Costumes must reflect the elegance and tradition of ballroom dance.
Designs should enhance the dancer’s performance while remaining tasteful and age-appropriate.
No sharp, unsafe, or overly distracting elements are permitted.
The organizer reserves the right to request adjustments if a costume does not meet standards.
Music Protocol (Solos & Showcases)
All music must be submitted before the event deadline in the required format.
Time limits must be respected to maintain schedule integrity.
Any late changes will only be accepted if technically possible.
Professional Conduct & Sportsmanship
All dancers, coaches, and parents are expected to uphold a spirit of respect, kindness, and professionalism.
Any disruptive behavior toward staff, judges, or other participants may result in removal from the event.
Approaching or attempting to influence judges is strictly prohibited.
Judging & Evaluations
All decisions made by the judging panel are final.
The panel evaluates dancers based on technique, musicality, presentation, partnering, floorcraft, and artistry.
Due to the international nature of the event, individual feedback cannot be provided during the competition.
Check-In & Scheduling
Dancers should arrive at least one hour before their category’s start time.
Schedule changes may occur to ensure smooth running of the event.
Wristbands or accreditation badges must be worn at all times.
Floor Etiquette
Please enter and exit the floor promptly and with care.
Practice on the competition floor is allowed only at designated times.
Coaches are not permitted on the floor during rounds.
Media, Photography & Filming
Personal recording is allowed unless otherwise restricted by the venue.
Flash photography is not permitted near the floor.
Professional photography and video packages may be offered for purchase.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes changes in travel plans, schedule conflicts, or missed categories.
Health, Safety & Responsibility
Dancers participate at their own responsibility and should be physically prepared for competition.
The organizer is not liable for injuries, personal belongings, or travel-related issues.
Medical support will be available onsite for emergencies.
